Automatinator
Version 2026-07-25. These terms govern Automatinator service packages and related engagements. Proposal documents describe deliverables, timeline, and price for a specific project; accepting payment confirms agreement to this Terms of Service.
Automatinator provides AI automation design, implementation, and related services as described in the applicable proposal. Work begins after the agreed deposit is received and required client access is available.
One-time automation build with discovery, implementation, testing, and handoff. Ideal when you want a finished system without ongoing retainers.
Payment: 50% deposit to start; 50% due on delivery
Expenses: Client-paid (platform and software fees billed separately)
Automation build plus ongoing maintenance so workflows stay healthy as tools, data, and processes change.
Payment: 50% deposit to start; 50% due on delivery; 10% monthly retainer relative to project fee (Maintain / Host packages)
Expenses: Client-paid (platform and software fees billed separately)
Build and maintain with hosted operations support—monitoring, hosting coordination, and continuity for production automations.
Payment: 50% deposit to start; 50% due on delivery; 15% monthly retainer relative to project fee (Maintain / Host packages)
Expenses: Shared / coordinated with client approval
Unless otherwise stated in the proposal, projects use a deposit to start and a delivery balance due on completion. Platform or software fees listed in the proposal are separate from the implementation fee and may fluctuate with vendor pricing. Maintain / Host packages may include ongoing monthly fees relative to the project fee as described in the package section above.
The client provides timely access, credentials, sample data, and feedback needed to complete the scoped work. Delays in access or feedback may extend timelines without changing the agreed fixed implementation fee unless scope changes are approved in writing.
Upon full payment for the scoped deliverables, the client receives rights to use the delivered automations for their business. Automatinator retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how. Both parties will keep confidential information private except as required to perform the engagement or by law.
Either party may pause or cancel with written notice. Deposits cover work already performed and reserved capacity; unused prepaid maintain/host periods may be handled case-by-case. Scope reductions or expansions should be confirmed in writing before work continues.
Completing payment through the Automatinator pay flow after checking “I agree to the Terms of Service” constitutes acceptance of this version (2026-07-25) for the related proposal and package.
